Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s surgery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for two weeks i.e. 14-10-2022 till 27-10-2022 because my child, age 8, burnt his hand. Although it is not a major surgery, the doctor says that the time for healing may take some time because his skin is very fragile. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for two weeks to care for my child. I will be back to resume my work by 28-10-2022.
