Subject – Application for the request of leave for my child’s sickness
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for two days i.e. 2-10-2022 till 3-10-2022 because of my son who is suffering from abdominal pain. He has been in this pain for a few days now. Yesterday, however, the pain got a little severe and so, my husband and I decided to take our child to the doctor tomorrow. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for two days to care for my child. I will be back to resume my work by 4-10-2022.
