Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my husband’s illness.
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for two days i.e. 6th and the 7th of June 2022 because of my husband’s illness. My husband has been suffering from a severe cold and cough with fever for a few days now. He has been taking medicine however, there has not been any improvement ao far. This illness made his body weak leading to no appetite. We consulted the doctor through a call and we were advised to schedule an appointment with him and see to it at the earliest before his illness gets worse. With this, I would like to take leave for two days to care for my husband and take him to the hospital for a check-up. I will be back to resume my work by the 8th of June 2022. I have requested Mr. Sammy to take care of the necessary work while I’m on leave.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
