Subject – Application for the request of leave for my husband’s birthday
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 27th of March 2022 because of my husband’s 45th birthday. My husband has been posted in another district, Phek, for the past ten years. With this, we have never celebrated his birthday together as a family. However, this year with God’s blessing, he is here with us for his birthday which is tomorrow. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to celebrate my husband’s birthday to prepare the feast and decorations as we celebrate this very blessed day with our close family and friends. I will be back to resume my work by the 28th of March 2022. I have assigned Miss Ella to take care of the necessary work for the next two weeks
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
