Subject – Application for the request of leave for family tour
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that the elders in my family have called on a family tour on the 27th of November 2023 till the 6th of December 2023. This tour will begin on the 27th of November in Manali. My grandparents plan on making this tour into a grand occasion.
With all grandchildren, aunts and uncles working in all different places, it has become very difficult to get together due to everyone’s busy schedule. Due to this reason especially, my grandparents would like everyone in the family to attend this family tour. It is also my grandfather’s 87th birthday which makes it even more special.
He would like to take all family members to the place where he was born. I would like to request a leave for 11 days i.e. 27th of November 2023 till the 6th of November 2023 so that I can attend this family tour, which is very important to my family. I will be back by the 7th of December 2023 to resume my work.
I will be available on my email in case of any emergencies. I have requested Sir James to do the necessary work for the upcoming project. I have also submitted all works to our captain in charge, Ma’am Susan. I will put extra effort into the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
