Subject: Leave Application for going out of station with family
Respected Madam,
Most humbly and respectfully, I would like to state that I would request a leave for a week I.e. 6th of August 2023 till the 13th of August 2023 because I have to go out of station with my family. My grandfather who lives in Himachal Pradesh is not feeling very well and has not been doing well for a very long time therefore, my parents along with my siblings would like us to pay him a visit.
Thus, I, Sunaina, Technical Head, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall not be able to come to work on 6th of August 2023 till the 13th of August 2023. I have already completed the targets assigned for the days when I will be on leave. I assure you that I will be joining back from 15th January, 2023.
I will be really grateful to you for accepting my leave application and letting me celebrate this joyous festival with my community members.
