Subject – Application for the request of leave for going to hometown
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for 4 days i.e. 12-11-2023 till the 15-11-2023 because I have to go to my hometown to visit my mother who is not well. My mother has not been feeling very well and my siblings are all out of state studying.
Two of my siblings will reach my hometown in about 2 days. My aunt has to go back to Nepal for e emergency work so I was called home. My father and my aunty have been taking care of her for a long time now. I would like to go to my hometown and take care of my mother who is unwell. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on. I will be back by 16-11-2023 without any delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
