Subject – Application for the request of leave for a holiday
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for 4 days i.e. 12-11-2023 till 5-11-2023 because I have to go to my hometown with my family for a holiday to visit my grandparents.
My grandparents are of the age 98 and 99 and as a family, my parents decided that we go every 2 months to visit them and spend some time there as a family. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on. I will be back by 16-11-2023 without any delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
