Subject – Application for the request of leave for my husband’s accident
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for three days i.e. 14-02-22 till 16-02-22 because of my husband’s accident. My husband was recently in a road accident yesterday while he was buying vegetables in the nearby market. A car with a drunk driver rushed and hit the market leading to many injured. According to the doctor, he may have to stay in the hospital for about three days. There are no very serious injuries however he had his spinal cord sprained and some bruises and cuts. We have no family support at the moment. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for three days to be with my husband and care for him at this time. I have requested Mr. John to do the required task for the week. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 21st of February 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
