Subject – Application for the request of leave for my daughter’s death
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for a week i.e. 14-02-22 till 20-02-22 because of the death of my daughter. My daughter of sixteen years had been in a tragic road accident and had been in a coma for the past week. She was under life support. However, just yesterday, we got information from the doctor that her blood pressure is below average and that we should prepare for the worst. Then at 11 p.m. at Kingsford hospital, my daughter took her last breath. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for a week to be with my family at this time. I have requested Mr. John to do the required task for the week. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 21st of February 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
