Subject: Half day leave for not feeling well
Good morning ma’am,
I hope my leave application finds you good. From the past few days, my health has not been fit. I have met with a doctor and got a check up to understand what is happening in my body. I am experiencing a few symptoms of flu and fever. My doctor has asked me to take rest for a day with medication to see if it will subside. If not, I have to get a few tests done. So, please understand my situation and grant me a half day leave to rest. I do not want to spread this by getting in contact with my classmates and teachers. Please consider my request. Thank you.
