Subject – Application for the request of leave for my son’s operation
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my son of 12 years has to undergo an operation by next week which is from the 7th of October 2022 till the 14th of October 2022 because of a stone in his kidney. I would like to request a leave of a week i.e.7th of October till the 14th of October 2022 to take care of my son during such a crucial period.
