Subject – Application for the request of leave for my fathers leg operation
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for four days i.e.7th of October till the 10th of October 2022 because of my fathers leg operation. My father has been in a road accident when he was going on a jog around the early evening at Baker street, Kolkata. The accident took place as the driver suddenly went unconscious while driving due to certain health issues. The vehicle hit 5 passengers, two of which are under the Intensive Unit Care (ICU) while the other two along with my dad are not in very critical condition but it is so that my fathers leg was injured for which he has to undergo leg surgery at the earliest. I will be back by the 15th of November 2022 to resume my work. I have requested Sir Ken to do the necessary work in my absence. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
