Subject – Application for the request of leave for my mother’s first death anniversary
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to request a leave of two days i.e. the 6th and the 7th of May 2022 to attend my mother’s first death anniversary. My mother passed away last year on the 7th of May 2022. There will be a family gathering in her name. All family members are to attend this program in the name of her first death anniversary.
As difficult as it has been without my father in this world, we are happy in our hearts that her soul is finally at peace after suffering from cancer for so many years. This program is extremely important for my family. I would love to be there for my family, especially during such a program as such.
I will be back by the 8th of May 2022 to resume my work without any further delay. I have requested Sir Ken to do the necessary work in my absence. I will put forth as much as I have lost during my leave and make up for the time lost. .
I, therefore, will kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
