Subject – Application for the request of leave for my mother’s fever
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for two days i.e. 12th and 13th of October 2022 because of my mother’s fever. My mother has been suffering from a severe fever since yesterday and has not improved so far even after medication. This fever has made her body weak and made her lose her appetite as well.
We plan on going for a check if there is still no improvement the day after. Our maid is currently out of station for some personal work and there is no family member who could be of help to us. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for two days to care for my husband and take her to the hospital if there’s no improvement after tomorrow.
I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 28th of February 2022. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
