Subject: Leave for Brother Operation
Respected Sir
With humility, this is to bring to your kind notice that my brother’s gall bladder operation to remove stone will be on 1st December, 2022. He has been experiencing unbearable pain for a month. The subsequent check ups identified the presence of stone in his gall bladder. The doctor has now decided to operate on him. I want to be with my brother as he undergoes this painful surgery. Thus I, Rohan, Marketing Head, hereby request you to grant me leave from 1st December, 2022- 4th December, 2022 for my brother’s operation and his subsequent rest days when I have to stay at home and take care of the household as there is no one else in the family. I will complete the assigned targets from home so that the company doesn’t suffer any backlogs due to me. I assure you that I shall be present on 5th December, 2022.
I will be really obliged to you for accepting my leave application. This will help me to stay with my brother and make advance arrangements for his treatment to proceed smoothly.
