Subject: Leave for Brother’s Medical Treatment
Respected Sir
With humility, this is to bring to your kind notice that my brother’s Root Canal Treatment will begin on 30th November, 2022. He has been suffering from excess tooth ache for a month. The subsequent check ups identified the presence of infection in his molar. The dentist has advised to initiate his treatment at the earliest possible. I want to be with my brother as he undergoes this treatment to be his support. Thus I, Shiva, Marketing Head, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the above mentioned date. I will complete the assigned targets from home so that the company doesn’t suffer any backlogs due to me. I assure you that I shall be present on 1st December, 2022.
I will be really obliged to you for accepting my leave application. This will help me to stay with my brother and make advance arrangements for his treatment to proceed smoothly.
