Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my father admitted in the hospital
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e 21st of November 2022 till the 27th of November 2022 because of my father who has been suddenly admitted to the hospital. My father has been suffering from cold and fever for the past few days, however he suddenly fainted while he was out and was suddenly admitted to the hospital. Although it is not critical, due to his old age, the doctor said that he may have to be hospitalised for a few days.I have requested Mr Calvin to do the required work for the one week that I will be missing on.I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I will be back by the 28th of November 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
