Subject – Application for the request of leave for fathers accident
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 1st of June till to| 7th of June 2022 because of my father who has met with an unfortunate accident. My father was walking back home from his jogging around 3 p.m yesterday when a bike hit him on the road side. Thankfully there were a few traffic police nearby.The rider was drunk and was taken to jail. I would like to take leave for a week to take care of my father. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I will be back by the 8th of June 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
