Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my sister being admitted to the hospital
Sir,
With all due respect and honor would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e 21st of November 2022 till the 27th of November 2022 because of my sister who has been suddenly admitted to the hospital. My sister has been suffering from a cold and fever for the past few days, however, she suddenly fainted while she was out shopping and was suddenly admitted to the hospital.
Although it is not critical, due to her weak health, the doctor said that she may have to be hospitalised for a few days. She is currently under the doctor’s constant care at Kingfort hospital. We were also told that she had low blood pressure and other minor health problems. I have requested Mr . Ken to do the required work for the one week that I will be missing on. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I will be back by the 28th of November 2022 with no delay.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
