Subject – Application for the request of leave for brother’s wedding
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for a week i.e. 10th of August 2022 till the 16th of August 2022 because of my brother’s wedding. I would like to prepare for this very auspicious occasion. I would also like to book my flight ticket at its earliest.
There will be two ceremonies held on different days at different venues. We would like to make this wedding a grand wedding as my brother is the only son in the family. I will be back to resume my work by 17-08-2022. I have instructed Miss Ella to take care of certain responsibilities during my absence. I will put forth extra effort for the time lost.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
