I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to attend the PTM scheduled for tomorrow due to being out of station. I am currently on a business trip and will not be able to return in time for the PTM.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. I am really looking forward to attending the PTM and discussing my child’s progress with the teachers. However, I am unable to attend the meeting due to my current location.
