Since 1947 independence, Bihar has been an original state of the Indian Union. Bihar was known as Magadha in ancient times. The official language is Hindi.
There are 38 districts in Bihar. Divided into 9 administrative divisions. The oldest Hindu temple is situated in Bihar. It is a place full of history and spiritual significance, a place for a lot of foreigners to come and visit. The state is excellent is mathematics as well.
