Making India cashless is the first step in achieving the Digital India vision. The term “cashless” and various alternatives to our current monetary system.
The demonetization of the 500 and 1000 rupee notes is a step towards a cashless India, which has benefits including lowering the amount of black money and eliminating the need for physical cash. The cashless economy will ensure that there is no black money since it is an unlawful tool in an economy that may bankrupt a country.
Cashless India does have two significant drawbacks, though: internet theft and infrastructure. The demonetization of the 500 and 1000 rupee notes by the Indian government has prepared the way for a cashless society in India, enhancing ease and transparency in financial transactions. Thank you.
