Ma�am,
With all due respect and honor I, Exa A, of class 9, High Impact Institute, would like to state that I could not attend my classes yesterday I.e. 6th of May 2023 because I was down with a headache. There were no tests conducted yesterday and I have submitted all assignments and notes given yesterday.

I have been having headaches for the past few days and it has gotten unbearable yesterday. I have also visited the doctor and am now under medication.

I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
