Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor I, Faith A, Vice-Captain of class 8, High Impact Institute, would like to state that the students of class 8 would like to on a study trip on the 7th of August 2023 which is the 2nd Saturday of the month to the Amazing Animal Zoo (AAZ).

We would like to request a holiday granted for our class due to this. This will really benefit all the students and would really be of great help to get to know our mates and teacher better. We promise not to create any trouble during this trip.

I, therefore, kindly request you to grant us leave for which we shall remain ever grateful.
