Subject– Application for leave due to fever
Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor I, Dolen A, of class 8, High Impact Institute, would like to state that I would like to take leave after the second period because I am down with a high fever and would like to go home and rest. There are no tests for today and I have submitted all assignments and project work required for the internal marks.
I have been having a fever for the past few days and have visited the doctor as well and have been under medication. However, there has been a rise in fever today and it has become unbearable for me to stay in class.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
