With all due respect and honor I, Exa A, of class 9, High Impact Institute, would like to state that I would like to take leave on the 6th of May which is tomorrow because I am down with a headache and would like to go for a check up.
There are no tests for tomorrow and I have submitted all assignments and project work required for the internal marks. I have been having headaches for the past few days and have been suffering from headaches for a few days now. However, there has been a rise in fever along with severe headache today.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
