Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my brother being admitted to the hospital
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of April 2022 till the 5th of April 2022 because my brotherwho has been suddenly admitted to the hospital due to severe stomach ache. My younger brother, age 16 has been suffering from stomach pain for a few days now. We visited the hospital and we were given some medications.
However, just last night, my brother was in much pain and we rushed him to the hospital. We were told that he needed to be hospitalised for a few days as he goes under several tests and scans. My husband is currently out of town, my parents are not in station and there is no family support at the moment.
Concerning this, I would like to take leave for three days to take care of him. I have requested Miss Daisy to do the required tasks during my absence. I will be back by the 6th of April 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my absence.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
