Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter admitted to the hospital

With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of April 2022 till the 5th of April 2022 because my child has been suddenly admitted to the hospital due to severe stomach ache. My husband is currently out of town and there is no family support at the moment. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for three days to take care of her.
