Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my sister’s visa
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of April 2022 till the 5th of April 2022 because of my younger sister’s visa. My younger sister, age 21, has given her entrance exam for a university in London.
We have already applied for her visa a few months back and we’re asked to come to the office for some confirmation. My parents are currently out of town, leaving me as the oldest to take care of her. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for three days to look after the necessary and guide her throughout the process.
I have requested Miss Daisy to do the required tasks during my absence. I will be back by the 6th of April 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my absence.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
