Subject – Application for leave for sister’s vehicle
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e 5th of May to the 8th of May 2022 because of my sister who is going to purchase a car soon. She wants me to be there through out the process of purchasing the vehicle since this is her first time and she has no experience especially with the paper work.
I would like to request this leave to help her through out. I will be back to work by the 9th of August 2022 with no delay. I have requested Miss Nana to take care of all necessary work during my absence. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my time absent.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
