Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my child going out of station.
Sir,
With all due respect andhonorr, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of April 2022 till the 5th of April 2022 because my child of age 18, is going out of station for further studies. It is her first time travelling alone and I would love to be there to guide her at least till the airport.
My child will be studying at Harmon College in Pune. With her being the only child, my parents would also like to drop her off together at the airport. Concerning this, I would like to take leave for three days to look after the necessary and guide her throughout the process.
I have requested Miss Daisy to do the required tasks during my absence. I will be back by the 6th of April 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my absence.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
