Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter’s delivery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for three days i.e. 3rd of February 2022 till the 5th of February 2022 because of my daughter’s delivery which is due in a few days. This is a very special occasion for the family to welcome a newborn to the family. I will be back to resume my work by the 6th of February 2022.
