Subject – Application for leave for child fever
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my child of 4 years is suffering from fever and needs to be under constant care as advised by the doctor. I am writing to request leave for two days, which is on the 16th and 17th of November 2022, to take care of my child. This is our first and only child.
Our family is currently put in a very tight spot because our babysitter is also not with us at the moment, my parents are also out of state and my siblings are all engaged with important meetings. I would love to be there for my child during such a time and be there for her emotionally and physically.
I will be back by the 18th of November 2022 with no delay. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave. I have requested Ma’am sang for the required task and she happily accepted to do so.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
