Subject – Application for leave for wife’s fever
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my wife has been having a fever for the past few days, and with time the fever has gotten high causing it to trigger nose bleeds, fainting, and vomiting. This has caused a lot of worry for the family. I would like to take leave for 2 days i.e the 15th of November and the 16th of November to take care of her and take her to the hospital for a check-up. I will resume back to work on the 17th of November 2022 and make up for the time lost. I have requested Miss Andy to look after my work while I’m gone for two days.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
