Subject:- An application for leave due to viral fever.
Respected Sir.
Most humbly and respectfully, I am writing this application to seek your permission for 02 days sick leave because of my deteriorating health. I have been infected with viral fever which has caused nausea, vomiting, and high fever to me. Keeping in mind the advisory of the health department, I have decided to stay home to prevent this viral fever from infecting other people near me.
I have completed all my test assignments as well as attached them with this application. Kindly grant me leave for 02 days so that I can take care of myself and return as soon as possible to the school. I have full faith in your sense of justice.
