Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter’s fever
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e.18th of May 2022 because my daughter of six years is suffering from a fever. My daughter has been under mild fever for the past few days and my wife has been home, taking care of her. However, my wife has a very important business meeting scheduled for tomorrow, and therefore, I have to be home to take care of my daughter. We have no babysitter at the moment nor any family support. I plan on taking my daughter for a check-up tomorrow as well. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to take care of my daughter. I have requested Mr Jaden to do the required task for tomorrow. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 19th of May 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
