Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter’s first birthday
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e.16th of August 2022 because of the occasion of my daughter’s first birthday. My daughter has been under constant doctor’s care since she was born because of various health conditions. She was in and out of the intensive unit care (ICU) for almost nine months. This has caused a lot of stress for the family regarding her rate of survival. However, she will be making it to the age of one tomorrow and this is a very special occasion for the family in celebration of her life. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to prepare a feast for thievery important occasion for the family. I will be available via email for any urgent needs. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 17th of August 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
