Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter�s first birthday

Sir,

With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e.16th of August 2022 because of the occasion of my daughter�s first birthday. My daughter has been under constant doctor�s care since she was born because of various health conditions. She was in and out of the intensive unit care (ICU) for almost nine months. This has caused a lot of stress for the family regarding her rate of survival. However, she will be making it to the age of one tomorrow and this is a very special occasion for the family in celebration of her life. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to prepare a feast for thievery important occasion for the family. I will be available via email for any urgent needs. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 17th of August 2022.

I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
