Subject – Leave for wife hospitalized for delivery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour,I would like to state that my wife is hospitalised because she is due for her delivery in the first week of November i.e 1-10-2022 to 6-10-2022 at Kingston hospital,Abbey Road. I would like to spend time with my wife at this time of need to take care of her . I will return to the office on the 7th of November 2022 and resume my work. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time.
I,therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful to you.
