Subject – Application for leave for wife’s illness
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my wife has been suffering from severe stomach aches for the past two weeks. The case with time has gotten even worse. I would like to take leave for a week i.e 5th of November 2022 till the 11th of November 2022 to take care of my wife. I will be back to resume my work on the 12th of November 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
