Respected Sir,
I am Karan Singh, your client, and my SB account number is XXXX. It stopped being available a few days ago because I forgot my ATM PIN. I may have forgotten my PIN since I was distracted by work-related confusion for a number of days. I’m having trouble using my debit card to get cash from an ATM.
I have no idea how I can forget. I respectfully ask that you provide my new ATM PIN to the aforementioned address through mail or, if feasible, deliver it to me right away. I kindly ask that you issue me a new ATM PIN and mail it to the correspondence’s address.
