Good morning sir,
I am Andha Mishra, and I have a current account with an account number in your esteemed bank in Magadi Road bank, account number 123234. I would like to let you know that on March 6, 2022, while travelling from Bangalore to my hometown, my ATM card was lost. To stop anyone from trying to use my card, I respectfully ask that you block it.
I humbly ask that you issue a new ATM card for my account so that I may conduct additional transactions with less difficulty. For your information, I have included a copy of the bank passbook and other documents to support my request and process my reissue of the ATM.
