Good morning sir,
For the past two years, I, Sunita Shri, have had savings account with your bank under account number XXX. This letter concerns a failed IMPS transaction for RS 10,000 that was attempted using internet banking or mobile banking on December 26, 2020.
The reference number for the unsuccessful transaction is XXXX. The money was debited from my account due to a transaction issue, but the beneficiary has not yet received it. I spoke with the Respondent Company, to which I had to make a payment, and they informed me that your payment is currently being held up in the bank.
So, I’m asking that you kindly transfer the money back to my bank account.
