Respected sir,
I am Naga Chaitanya, a long-term customer of your bank, and I have a savings account with you. The account number for my savings account is XXXX. I currently do not have access to internet banking through my savings account. This is causing me significant difficulty in paying my bills and taxes online. I’m also unable to use the online shopping option.
As a result, I respectfully request that my savings bank account be enabled for internet banking. I have filled in the relevant information in the attached internet banking form. In the form, I also included the user id to be used for internet banking.
