Good morning sir,
I’ve had my debit card with your bank since 2016 and it has the card number XXXXXX. I use it to access my savings account.
Since I’ll be travelling to America and won’t be able to use this card for any transactions, I respectfully ask you to authorise my debit card, account number XXXXXX, for foreign transactions.
I am including a properly completed client request form, identification, and proof of address with the application as per the specifications.
I kindly ask that you turn on the services immediately. So that it won’t interfere with my purchases and withdrawals, I hereby ask that you kindly activate my debit card.
