My name is Aditi Kapoor and I have a savings account with your prestigious bank branch with the account number XXXXXX. I am submitting this letter in response to the attempted cash withdrawal from your Magadi Road ATM on December 16, 2022. I attempted to withdraw Rs. 3000 from an ATM, but the money would not come out. Nevertheless, the money was taken out of my account nonetheless.

Thankfully, I have the SMS confirmation of the amount deduction with me. I updated my passbook to reflect the purchase as well. For your information, a copy of the same is given with this letter. I humbly ask that you look into this situation and arrange for a refund of three thousand rupees to be put back into my account.
