Good evening sir,
I’m writing this letter to let you know that I have been receiving your Rs 10,000 electricity bill for March 2022 comes as a complete surprise. The bill included the date of the meter reading.
You are kindly requested to note the reading of the metre on the present date from which you will kindly find the reading slightly higher than what it was on March 27, 2022, and not beyond No, XXXXX under any circumstances, as soon as you receive this letter.
You can see from the Xerox copies of your electricity invoices I’ve enclosed for the past six months that the average monthly bill came to Rs 10,000.
