I hope you and your family are in good health and are happy. What else is happening at school? I have joined a yoga class in the city, as I heard that yoga helps relieve ourselves of stress. But, after joining the class for a week, I realised that yoga not only helps with stress relief but is also a good form of body exercise.
There are many yoga asanas, or postures; each has its own significance. Yoga is respected all over the world, and June 21 is designated as World Yoga Day. The various yoga postures benefit us physically, and the various types of yoga breathing exercises benefit our minds and protect us from respiratory illnesses.
I found my daily life more balanced after joining the classes. Yoga helped me be more disciplined and active. Another benefit of yoga is that it builds body strength and makes the body more flexible. This is through practise. Do you wish to join the classes?
