I hope you and your loved ones are happy and in good health. I received your letter last week. You have joined the gym; that’s great. I also wish to join the gym. But before that, I have to build the habit of rising early. Then only I can manage my time. I tried getting up early, but I ended up staying in bed until 7 a.m. I have read that the perfect time to do body exercise and workouts is in the morning, as it will keep us active the entire day. There are additional benefits to getting up early. It is the best time to study as the atmosphere outside will be calm and quiet. We will be able to study with concentration and no disturbance. Rising early will also help us to be more organised and productive. Can you please give me some tips on being an early riser?
